He pointed out that although the carcinogenic debate of DOP has come to an end, the enthusiasm for developing and finding new non-toxic products in the world has not decreased. Therefore, the future development of China's plasticizer industry should focus on adjusting the industrial structure, and the scale of new and expanded production units in areas with raw materials and close to market advantages should be more than 50000 tons/year, so as to obtain economies of scale and enhance competitive strength; At the same time, we should pay attention to the development of varieties with special properties and multi-function to meet the needs of the plastic processing industry

Therefore, experts in the industry suggested that we should pay attention to the adjustment of product structure and strengthen the research and development of efficient and low toxic products while expanding the production scale of existing products.
